Jennifer came out of the gates running from a successful career in telecommunications to “Rookie of the Year” in her first full year in real estate in 2005. Since then, she has cultivated an impressive database of clients that have generated referrals that account for 100% of her annual sales today. She has consistently ranked as a top producer and holds licenses in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia.

“Relationships are my greatest asset. Buying and/or selling a home is emotional and disruptive. My clients appreciate having a trusted advisor whom they can expect to listen with empathy, understand their needs, and guide them with a clear plan. They also appreciate someone who remains objective and helps them navigate without emotion for their most serious decisions. They want someone who has seen a lot, and ultimately has their back.

“My clients are navigating uncharted personal territory much of the time. Decisions must often be made quickly and under pressure. They can feel overwhelmed, and frankly, scared. They are calmed by my emotional intelligence, empathy, experience, and my sense of humor.

“They appreciate my confidence in having listened to what they want, and reminding them of their vision – in spite of the pressures of buying or selling a home, we all know they’ve made the right decision in the end. Years later when they reflect and tell me how much they love where they are living, how their families have flourished, and maybe now they are ready to make another move, I experience the great satisfaction and joy of being an integral part of their journey.”

Jennifer has seen first hand the change in approach to aging and opportunities for people over 50.

She has helped clients from their 50’s to their 80’s start new chapters in surprising and unexpected ways. New ways to live, where to live, finances, new approaches to mental and physical well-being are being explored and tested with great success.

Now that she is in this stage of her life, Jennifer’s experiences have inspired her to start writing. She published a chapter in a compilation book on healing
in December 2021. She is working on a chapter for another compilation book on Mindset due to publish in early 2023 and hopes to write her own book one day soon.

Her platform, “Graceing Agefully”™ is set to go live in the second half of 2022.
